Reposhing this item I purchased from @bkent711. Halter style neck tie. There is elastic under the bust line to hold the suit up in the back. The suit drapes down with an adjustable tie (black tie) to adjust size/length. Covers about 80~100% of stomach area depending on length of your torso.
