Eclin One Shoulder long Apron Dress NWT Sage Green S/M Tutu Tule Skirt Japan

New with tags ECLIN one shoulder, apron dress. Apron is a sage green with a dark gray tie. Attached to the apron is an under-skirt is a tutu style tule and also lined with an elastic waist. I took pictures with the mannequin -slipped over the head for a couple, but it is supposed to be a one shoulder side dress so I took pictures of it like that too, but the rest of the pictures are making it look like a halter dress. However, the opening is only big enough for an arm, not a head. I found this in a store in Japan a couple months ago and thought it was so cool. However, it does not fit me at all. All the tags are in Japanese. I would put this as up about a size small/medium. Please see pictures with measuring tape for approximate measurements. I tried to take as many photos as I could, but this was a really hard dress to photograph. Dress is NWT but there are a few small snags on the front. Retail is 12,000 yen.
