erindrawls @texasnative1966 Okay, the waist and has a thin blue ribbon laced throughout which ties in front. The waist is elastic and unstretched measures 22 inches; fully stretched to its fullest measures 32 inches. Hope this helps. Let me know if you have any other questions. :)
