Could be a maternity or baby shower dress, fits me 7 months pregnant with extra room. I loved it, just did not end up wearing for the occasion I bought it for. @chapisthrifts Of course! The bust is about 14.5" across, waist 14", and length 32" from shoulder to hem. The fit in the bust and waist is adjustable with ties depending on how you would like to wear it, I will upload some more photos with the measurements so you can see what I mean.
