Early Copper Pail 19th Century 1800s REISS Solid Copper 11" Diam. 7.5" H

Early antique (1800s) solid copper pail /bucket with fully functional bail handle. Info on bottom is only partially legible.. but enough to see the name of the company REISS, and a date Feb 13, 18??. Other than wiping the area on the bottom to see the maker of the pail I left the patina untouched. Holds water up to the top, no leaks or pinholes. Holds aprx. 2 gallons. Pail weighs 2 1/4".
