Early 90s DBY Floral Dress

She’s a bit of a fixer upper, but what a beautiful vintage dress! Flattering floral print with pretty buttons, and flattering under bust seams and a tie back. Still has original Shoulder pads. Missing top and bottom button. Has some staining that I didn’t notice until I was taking photos, that blends into the pattern. (See photos)
