Early 2000s Vivienne Westwood Red Label Belted Halter Dress

Early 2000s black halter dress with belt and adjustable tie in the back. In mint condition with tags still on. IT size 38, approximately XS in US sizing, can probably fit S. Note that the material/care tag is missing. I believe this is either 100% cotton or cotton silk blend based on similar VW dresses from that time period. Most likely it is dry clean only. Measurements: -Pit to pit is approximately 14" but can be loosened or tightened with adjustable tie in back -Waist is approximately 13" across lying flat, can be tightened with belt -Hip is approximately 16" across lying flat -Length is approximately 37" from top of collar to hem
