Vintage, 1996, black, 100% cotton velvet, holiday, evening vest by Eagle Eye in a women's size medium. Three, front, covered button closures. Tie on backside. Fully lined. Front has a grapevine pattern embroidered with gold metallic thread and faux pearl beaded accents. Perfect for a Christmas party of special event. Dry clean. Approximate measurements shown in photos. There are a couple of pulls in the metallic thread but given the design none are very noticeable. All the beads appear to be there. In great pre-owned, vintage condition.
