I’m not sure what to call these selves but halve comes off the shoulder. BEAUTIFUL colors! Black, royal blue, purple, light green, and white. You just have to see this in person to fall in love with it. 100% Viscose. 241/2 length. measured in the front middle.from under the arm to the end 22 1/2. The back from the collar to the end 31 across. Bust 18 1/2. Waist is 20in. The it just blooms out!! VERY FLIRTY!
