EXPRESS strapless silver cocktail fitted top flare bottom. Inner lining is very soft. Noticed the one of a kind fabric texture. The shine is just perfect not too much, just chic shinning! Non slippery lining along strapless just in case 😉. Measurements in pics Must mention the 2 tiny flaws at the bottom -one side front, one at back- Of the dress (see last 2 pics)
