They have two scuffs on the right leg and a large scuff on the left leg. They are approximately 16-17” from the gusset so if you wanted to repurpose, it is completely possible! They do not have a size tag, however the measurements equal out to be possibly a size 10 Regular. Please do your own measurements and compare. These are super cute and I felt like someone could repurpose them. Maybe a skirt or a bag, or just be a boss birch and wear them as is!
