Gently used. Y2K peplum blouse in a stretchy nylon/mesh material. Measures 16" across chest, 14" across waist and 23.5" shoulder to hem. Colors are black, blue and lavender. *Please Note* There is an area on the back/left side near the bottom of the hem that has a few small holes like it got snagged on something.
