lesrodz @lulugrl17 Hello so when I lay it flat the seam that is at the waist line measures 14 inches. My waist about 33-34 inches. I am a 36C. In mid rise jeans from Express im about a 6R and 8P. I’m a 6 in dresses. This is a Small from Express but did not find the dress to be tight. I’m 5 foot and my hips measure 41 inches. I don’t really trust Express size chart because it said I’d be a M but I find that to be too big.
