EXPRESS Dress

Brand new without tags. Dark blue bottom. Pleather top. Bottom pleated satin like feel. This dress has some small peeling right next to the zipper(Look at the pictures). There is also small pulling on the skirt(I have also included pictures). This dress could use some steaming. The top part of the dress may need some reshaping also.
