Used in great shape. I'm not seeing any holes or tears or stains. Approximate measurements are Length from the middle of the waist in the back to the bottom is 26 in. Length from the top of the neckline is approximately 40 in. Lengthen the waist is approximately 13 in with a little give. From the middle of the neckline to the bottom of the waist is 18 in
