Such a cute little top for a toddler girl wearing a 24 Mos / 2T size. Polka-dotted with little bib eyelet collar and 3 buttons down the back. This is vintage from EVY of CALIFORNIA—probably 70s/early 80s. Only issue is sleeves have lost elasticity. Pretty easy fix. Bundle with other kids clothes and I’ll send you a discount on your bundle.
