EVA FRANCO Eva Franco is a Hungarian-born, LA-based designer whose creations bridge two continents, the old world and the new, and have a playful glamor mixed with modern femininity. As a young girl growing up in rural Romania, she was always seeking ways to be independent and free in a traditional society. Then her family immigrated to the US and she found the power in what she wore. “Clothes weren’t really important in Romania, but US high school was like a fashion show!” Having studied in New York and Paris, Franco moved to Los Angeles, where she began selling her clothes at a local flea market. Soon she partnered with Anthropologie. The details on this semi-sheer V-neck hoodie blouse are amazing! This one is white with a stunning red and black paisley floral print that has a 60s bohemian vibe. It has a soft V neck with three big fabric covered buttons on the placket. It has two pockets, a drawstring hood and a drawstring waist, which ties at the back. Tie tighter for a blouson style, or looser for a relaxed hoodie look. It's 90% Cotton and 10% Polyester that’s perfect for the summer or chic as a beach coverup. I have a red one too. Condition: New, no tags, excellent.
