EUC-Toly(?)- Yellow Strappy- Tie Back- Hi-Low Halter Summer Dress- Sz Large/XL

This is a Brazilian Company, I got this dress from a boutique in SoHO, It’s super light weight, and it has a regular halter neck tie, but it also has a loop that ties the middle of the back of the dress to the neck ties. Very cool. Perfect for the beach, or just a really hot day. It’s BRIGHT yellow and is minimalist enough that you can really dress it up or wear it casual.
