Approximate measurements are: Length 27 inches from top of waistband to hem, 17 inches from the start of the cloth skirt to the hem, waist is 13.5 inches across lying flat for 27 inches total, at the top of the elastic part is 11 inches across lying flat for 22 inches total but has stretch so goes larger.
