The body is like a sweatshirt with interior fleece and the arms are also cotton but feels more like a "shirt" with elastic around the wrists. This dress is in excellent used condition with slight pilling throughout. Very comfortable and soft. Can be worn with tights or leggings underneath. It falls to about mid-thigh.
