Please compare measurements to your own! 97%cotton/3%spandex so they stretch! They measure about 16 1/4” waist laying flat across the front pulled up even with the back x 8 3/4” rise x 20 1/4” hips flat across the front x 28 1/2” inseam x 17” around leg opening.
