EUC Vintage Sterling Silver Victorian Style Angel Brooch with Hook Attachment

As in title. Sandcast (see photo of back). I'm honestly unsure of what the attachment point is for -- Mom thought it might be for a corsage or a drop gem of some sort that didn't come with it. Artisan made, unsigned, but is nearly identical to pieces signed by Rebecca Collins and Mary Demarco. I think Mom said it was vintage at the time she purchased it in the 90s, but I'm truly unsure of the age. Really lovely piece that was originally a gift from Mom to my grandmother; I'm not a huge brooch wearer so please love it for me! Sterling content by weight is 30.7 grams.
