EUC Vintage Handmade Newspaper Print Shift Dress & Messenger Bag Size XL

My mom made me this dress for my 18th birthday in 1999. I'm not sure the age of the fabric that she used but it was from an older set of other vintage materials she collected from the 70's and 80's. I was about an XL and 14-16 when she made it. Worn once. I never used the matching messenger bag she made me, also pictured and included. Please see laid flat measurements. The material is a poly/cotton blend with some spandex/lycra. I don't know the percentages, but it does have some stretch. It is a thicker material with a bit of metallic throughout. Very well made. Gives Americana vibes!
