The only flaw that is somewhat noticeable is the edgekote on the strap has some superficial cracking from age. Near the d-rings, the edgekote has been removed and you can see the layers of leather. That area has been reinforced with Tokonole, a product that brings the fibers together and makes it stronger. I did not attempt to apply a new edgekote as the color is not easy to match.
