Excellent vintage condition: Vintage 1960s Two-Piece Dress & Jacket Set – ILGWU Union Made, Beige Textured Weave is a beautifully preserved elegant vintage two-piece dress and jacket set from the early 1960s, a timeless example of mid-century American craftsmanship. This ensemble features a beautifully tailored cropped jacket with a three-button front and fitted sleeveless dress with coordinating pleated dress. Fully lined in a soft blush satin, the texture and structure showcase the quality of that era’s fashion. Tailored texture fabric with soft pink lining and union-made quality craftsmanship. Authentic ILGWU label 881756 (1955–63). No size tag available, measures approx. 18" flat (36") for the bust and 14" flat (28") for the waist (fits modern Small to Medium, US 6–8). Please refer to the images for measurements for best fit. 💬Story: This beautiful suit belonged to my grandmother, who had a wonderful eye for timeless, classic style. She cherished quality craftsmanship and often shopped at fine department stores like Stewart & Co. and Hochschild Kohn in Baltimore. This outfit reflects her classic sense of style perfectly.
