This is high quality stretchy sequined fabric from the 80s-a really nicely made dress that’s soft on the inside and fabulous on the outside. Deep v back and twisted halter neckline. There are no tags but the measurements are below; bear in mind there is a LOT of stretch in the fabric so I would say this dress would work well for a small or medium sized person.
