For as much as I loved this dress, it is an incredibly good condition! No stains, no pulls, snags or tears. And the only issue is that the back zip is missing the extra leather, bit to pull down on however, I have replaced it with something else I think looks even better!!!! Because of the piece I put on the zipper I have priced this a little higher than you would typically see as I added an earring from a very well-known and pricey jeweler from Southwest Texas. The set of these earrings new with tags retails at $300. That little piece is made with 100% sterling silver, real leather and precious gemstones.
