EUC Talbots woman size 2x skirt. Beautiful floral pattern with royal blue, bright pinks, and yellows. Elastic waist. 3" slits on either side. Feels like cotton but is polyester spandex. There is some piling on the inside but I have looked very hard and the outside looks like new, no fading, piling, stains etc. Great for a casual spring or summer day!
