Measures flat 16.5" underarm seam to seam. 37" from back nape of neck to button hem 14.5" at the smallest waist area 17.75" at the widest hip area. Size tag removed, guessing size 4/6 based on measurements. A little big on my size 4 mannequin. If your measurements its worth the chance of fitting because this material is luxurious!
