onegirlforever @lamilongera Hi! Good morning! I would NOT tumble dry. The manufacturer states it shouldn’t be dried so after I initially wore it around the house for a few hours, I put it in a garment bag & washed it on gentle with fabric softener then hung it to dry….(see next message….)

onegirlforever …see the pleats in the skirt? Probably would undo them which changes the look/feel of it all. It states it’s mostly a cotton blend, however, it has a silky texture and a *slight* give (I’m guessing that’s the “blend” - maybe polyester?). There is not much give through the bodice, so busty or curvature might be tight….

onegirlforever But for sure, I do *not* believe you would be able to reduce the length of the dress by dryer, which would also compromise the pleats. If you were to try to hem it, the pleats would lay wonky 😃. It’s a beautiful dress, but I’m surprised it’s sized as a 4 - 6 because it wears more like a 2….
