EUC Navy Blue Lace Racerback, Pleated Skirt Dress!

Gorgeous and well loved navy blue, lace trimmed, pleated skirt party dress. EXCELLENT used condition. The back is beautiful with a racerback trimmed in lace. There are no snags on the lace but it could do with a good steaming to get some wrinkles out. It’s been worn a handful of times to parties & weddings, always dry cleaned. Make me an offer - super flexible!
