Pre-loved. Exterior is in good to excellent condition. The only flaw that is noticeable is the tiny black dot on the bottom of the bag. Hardware is good, few tarnishes, scratches & scuffings here and there, some are obvious, some aren't. Interior is good, it has flaws such as: some stains and perhaps dirt, we never attempted to clean them. Sold as is.
