This Land's End Holidays Plaid Vest is in Excellent Condition. The measurements are: Length from collar seam to bottom edge of back ~ 27," Armpit to Armpit ~ 26" ( with very slight darting in the bust / along rounded seam ) , Waist, along bottom edge ~ 26", Shoulder to Shoulder ~ 17". The flannel-lined pockets have a snap closure and the bottom in the back is just a little longer than the front for warmth.
