Green and white polka dot dress! Wear as is or with a denim jacket over. Super cute, high/mock turtle neck, elastic cinch waist, layered/tiered look on the bottom. Sheer material over lining. Sleeveless with loop and button closure at the back of neck. Size says 4P but fits down to 0P due to the cinching. Tags no longer attached. Worn ince so still perfect condition.
