EUC Judith March Black long, bell sleeve blouse with multi color tassels

Super fun blouse! Bought from a boutique and worn once. There are a couple imperfections that come from wear but nothing noticeable. I tried to review it fully and be transparent. See last 2 photos. It’s lined and perfect for any season! 💕
