EUC Jessica Simpson L peplum strapless top

so cute and great for summer! I love this top but sadly it is too large on me now. I no longer have the straps for it, but it does have padded cups sewn in (as it came that way) that make it easily worn without a bra which I love. It is stretchy material and does not have a zipper or boning. great for a date night/ night out on the town or girls night! Only worn once.
