This is a super cute dress! Great with flats in the Spring/Summer! I also wore it with black boots and a black leather jacket in the Fall/Winter. I preferred a more fitted look so I wore a fun boho style belt with it. (Belt NOT included in this listing) The bust/pit to pit msmt is 21”. There aren’t any stains. I think the lighting may have pulled that darker shadow in the picture. The thread in the fabric creates a nice blend of dark and light chambray pattern. In regard to your questions: bust/pit to pit msmt is 21”. There aren’t any stains. The chambray weave creates a nice blend of dark and light chambray, so I think the lighting may have pulled that darker shadow in the picture. I hope that helps!
