i don't know what to call the style but the sleeve is reminiscent of a poodle hair cut, it flares lower in the sleeve and cinches back in at the wrist. it's a lovely sweater for business casual or slightly dressy occasions. don't let its appearance fool you. It's a true XL to XXL it does stretch.
