The hardware is still shiny with no scratches, the drop handles have no rubbing, and the tote has no stains, snags, marks, or scuffs either inside or out. There is slight rubbing along the top edge commensurate with use (see picture). The corners are immaculate. This tote comes with an authentic Gucci-branded dust bag and a COA. 10/10 Smoke-free home.
