EUC- Fratelli Rossetti Suede Brogue

EUC. Made by a beloved, handcrafted Italian shoe company. Hand cut suede uppers, leather insoles, non-marking, quiet crepe soles, waxed laces (1 tip missing). Sizing tag is missing- guessing due to handmade nature of the brand… have compared this to other oxfords/brogues in my closet and believe these are size 8.5- sole measures just under 10.75 in long. I've included a comparison pic with a size 8.5 leather Loafer I used for comparison- (see last 2 pics).
