EUC Forever 21 peplum wrap floral blouse

Only worn a couple of times, still in excellent condition with no known flaws. Size small from Forever 21, but blouse is a genuine wrap so it is more accommodating than most of their clothing. One side tucks under and threads through a tiny hole in the other side so it can wrap around the back and meet the other to tie in the front. Pictures show the generally acceptable waist size limits that won’t result in strange alignment of the neckline. Top hits at the top of the hips, and the tie is at the natural waist. Sleeves are flowy balloon style, but they are not puffy and they drape very nicely over the arms. I love this top but I work from home now, so I just don’t need so many blouses crowding my closet, never seeing the light of day. Hoping this romantic and very flattering blouse gets to live out the rest of her days being worn frequently so everyone can admire her beauty.
