@kmilaax hello! The waist unstretched is 14”, I was able to stretch it out to 22”. The length from waist to bottom of fin is 50.5”. The waist from where it narrows before the fin is 40”. The narrow part before the fin measures 8” unstretched and 11” stretched. I don’t have the black fin attachment anymore but you could slip your feet into the fins if you wanted. Hope this helps!
