EUC Drapey sheer sleeveless blouse

I have had this for years and it converts from a hip length top to a crop top with the tie!!! It’s amazing for wearing with a high waisted skirt or pair of pants equally as with a mid or low rise on my average length torso (5’5”). Excellent used condition, washes beautifully (gentle cycle, hang dry on a hanger only). I have never needed to iron or steam this top to get it to look right. So cute for a night out! Can be dressed up with a blazer or a bolero over the arms.
