classybydesign @mommy3lovez this dress has a medium size key hole back. You will absolutely love this. It has beautiful sparkle to it. This dress also travels very well with virtually few wrinkles fall out very easily. We stuck it the bathroom room while the hot shower ran and it was wrinkle free within 20 or so minutes. You will not be disappointed.
