EUC, Waistband with key or other accessory elastic loop measures 17 in, gusseted crotch-rise: 11 in, inseam: 8 in. This is a most excellent, quality, functional yet stylish pair of shorts. Size 14 with waistband 17 inches but subtle elastic for stretch as well as wide belt loops for optional belt (did not come w one). All pockets meshed to add to quick dry and cool light weight properties (see inside out pics). Side pockets Velcro close, front pockets zip close, back pockets have slight overlay for added style & security. UPF 50 sun protection material has subtle texture to it as well as street h for easy movement. Color is very pale powder blue. Note few scattered lighter spots due to washing with OxiClean.
