Handles are in great condition. The zipper works smoothly. It has the Coach hang tag. The inside features a zip pocket and two slip pockets and a really cool pencil pocket and is super clean. Love the outside zip pocket. Great for keys and cell phone access. Over all the bag is in great condition with the exception of some slight wear on the bottom corners, please see pics. Hardly noticeable. Get this great bag!
