Excellent used condition. No rib stains tears. I’m pretty sure this is a mini dress, but could also be used as a long tunic shirt. There was no fabric content tag, but this is very soft material and stretchy Bust measurement 40 inches up to maybe 42 inches because of the stretch Length from the shoulder seam down the front about 30 inches.
