💕EUC BCBG Maxaria cocktail dress

Excellent condition, no signs of wear and tear. Cobalt blue and black halter dress that's open on the sides around the chest area and hooks in the back and ties around the neck. Was only worn once to a formal dinner party. Would make a perfect dress for prom. Very well kept.... Measures 24" from chest to bottom of dress.
