EUC AB Studio black maxi fitted pencil skirt w/slit sz 12, back zipper & elastic

This AB Studio Byer California black maxi fitted pencil skirt w/16.5" slit to just below the left knee, sz 12 is in excellent used condition! It has a back zipper & about 2" of elastic on the left and right back waistband. There are two back darts and two front darts. The skirt is fully lined! Approximate measurements: waist laid flat (unstretched) 16", slit 16.5", length 37".
