EU Hammer smith black pants grommets and stitching

Gorgeous cotton Hammer Smith pants. Lots of stitching and cool features. Have a slight low rise and straight leg. Bought these at a vintage store in Europe. I love these- but they no longer fit sadly. worn very little. Washed in cold and hung to dry. size says euro 40- these fit like a modern 30 Or size 8ish. Please look at measurements in the listing
